Qualitative & Quantitative Research Intern

Responsibilities

You will use advanced Quantitative and Qualitative recruitment methodologies to source participants for website user experience (UX) and customer journey research studies. 

You will shadow our Qualitative Research Lead during IDIs (In-Depth Interviews) and analyze each IDI to build a rich website audience story for our clients. 

You will collaborate directly with company decision makers to generate actionable insights from IDIs and survey responses to recommend changes to our clients’ site experiences.  

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with an interest in UX research, healthcare consumer/professional research and strategic planning.

 

Excellent candidates for this role will have: 

  • Exceptional critical thinking skills 

  • High attention to detail 

  • Strong collaboration & communication skills 

  • Ability to analyze research data (Quant & Qual) and tell a compelling, accurate story from data 

  • An above average skill with PowerPoint and Excel 

“Nice to have” qualifications:

  • Familiar with Tableau and SQL (not required) 

  • Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) (not required) 

  • Familiar with Adobe Software including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or Audition (not required)

Hours

10-20 hours per week

Compensation

$12-$16 an hour based on current experience.

Location

Primarily in our office in Bryn Mawr, PA. (opportunity for some work-from-home tasks) 
We are located 2 blocks from public transit from Philadelphia (Regional Rail & Norristown High Speed Line).
